Camping and Village in Province of Oristano (7)
A mild landscape, gentle in his reliefs, with lagoons and stretches of coast that free the mind and make you dream with open eyes.
Western part of Sardinia is the one of the open sea, of the infinite in your eyes, the most ancient history narrated by the island.
Here stands Tharros, on that strip of land that is part of the Sinis, which on one hand closes the Gulf of Oristano, on the other observes the environmental system represented by the ponds of Cabras, Pauli Murtas, Sale Porcus and Is Beneas.
This area, together with the island of Mal di Ventre, has been classified as Protected Marine Park, due to its high environmental value: perfect spot to mountain biking, canoeing or just walking.
In this region tourism rhymes with strict respect of nature, which expresses, on these shores and in its hinterland, the higher concept of the union between man and environment.
Oristano’s area has preserved almost intact the ancient traditions of the Sardinian people, of a past made of men, fish-rich lagoons and the fertile plains that give quality wines, in addition to the precious botargo (cured fish roe), the typical mreca(boiled mullet) and incredible cheese flovours.
