This is the region of Sardinia, which includes the magnificent stretch of sea that is the Costa Smeralda, an international tourist destination. Known as Gallura, it occupies the north east part of the island. Its coastline stretches from Budoni to Trinita d’Agultu and Vignola, going to tap, with the Bocche di Bonifacio, the island of Corsica. The inland is full of interesting points of attraction, and goes up to monte Limbara (starting point for beautiful walks and excursions).
Spots of incomparable charm, like Santa Teresa Gallura and La Maddalena Archipelago, or Palau and Tavolara, as well as small villages of Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo (destination of global elite) determine a unique stretch of coastline enhanced by natural beauty and archaeological sites that are inside it, between the granite rocks, forests of cork and country churches. The tourist offer in Gallura is the most complete and comprehensive as possible, well integrated into an extraordinary environment.
